Ngilu's CO Left With No Car As Cartels Move To Crush His Ego

Ngilu's Finance Chief Officer Enoch Nguthu is now a marked man. This, after the man from Mwingi with pride the size of Ikoo valley fell out with the outgoing governor and her cartels.

The system has crafted a well choreographed scheme to toss Nguthu out. The strategy which is being overseen by Ngilu's blue eyed boy and graft fixer Wamukoya Blackie has a plethora of plans to eliminate the CO from the county government employment.

The first strategy has been implemented already. The CO's official car has been withdrawn and the driver assigned other duties.

CO Nguthu now will have to use his own personal car or even a Tuktuk. Even with his personal car, no county government driver should touch him. The drivers have been ordered to avoid the CO like Ebola virus.

But Nguthu is not alone. This is the same path that was traveled by the felled Chief of Staff Chris Ileli before he was handed a termination letter three days ago. Ileli's official car was withdrawn while he was inside a supermarket doing some shopping, only to get an alert from his driver that he had been ordered to return the car to the yard. The former Chief of Staff had to make do with a taxi.

And so for Enoch Nguthu, it will be the same path. Left with no official car, he can decide to go to work or not.

"He is clearly unwanted by the system. He fell out with the governor long ago. It is only a matter of time before Chepchieng hands him a suspension letter," revealed our trusted source.

Joshua Chepchieng, the county secretary is the ultimate grave digger for Ngilu. He is tasked with penning termination letters to unwanted officers and sending them to inflation. Will Enoch Nguthu survive? Keep it here.
