Stand Guided: Senator Wambua Slams Drunkard Moses Kuria Over Disrespect


Tuesday evening, senator Enoch Wambua did one heroic deed that instantly cast him as a community champion. 

While attending the solemn funeral ceremony of the late Machakos senator Boniface Kabata in Masinga,  Wambua was irked by comments made by Gatundu South MP, the ever drunk Moses Kuria to the effect that Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka was a nobody.

In a statement reeking of raw mockery, Kuria who appeared to be out to excite DP Ruto said that he recognized Mike Sonko as the only Kamba kingpin. The statement did not sit well with the mourners and the Wiper brigade. 

But it was senator Wambua who took the bull by the horns and told off Kuria. In a riotous tone, Wambua too faced DP Ruto and warned him against using hooligans to campaign for him.

"My brother Moses Kuria, you cannot stand here and purport to lecture my community on leadership. Shame on you," the senator charged. 

"Enda uko kwenu Gatundu na Kiambu mkapange mambo yenu huko na mkome wakamba" the senator added.

He then faced the DP eye ball to eye ball and read him the riot act.

"Bwana deputy president if you want to approach Kalonzo do so with respect. Hii mambo ya kutumia watu kama hawa inaharibu kila kitu," he said as the mourners cheered in agreement.

Wambua's bold move to defend the community won him instant accolades where some suggested in social media that he is the incoming community's kingpin. 

"If we get five MPs like Wambua the Kamba community would be highly respected," posted one social media user. 

In the same event, Kalonzo told Ruto to prepare for a grueling political contest of his life.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago.
