UNWANTED: 'Dr' Muthoka's Looting Cronies Transfered

All indications are that Ngilu's first generation slave and licker, CO Richard Muthoka is an unwanted man at collapsing mbee nzei administration. Our reliable moles have indicated to us that Muthoka is among a number of officers who will be purged in the soon to be announced Ngilu's reorganization of government.


"He has fallen out with the cartels. He is likely to be moved to the newly created department of Fisheries and Bee Keeping" our tipster revealed. 


To send a warning to the colourless Muthoka who is credited with demoralization of health officers, Ngilu through her favourite mortician Joshua Chepchieng has transfered 5 officers who were close to Muthoka and who are believed to be his looting gang. The officers have been disgracefully removed from the health department and dumped in backwater places in preparation for a possible suspension/sack. 


Those affected are: 


1.Dorothy Mumangi, a certified corridor gossiper and rumour miller. She was the director administration and has been moved to LIHUD. 


2.Alex Muthyoi...he was Assistant Director planning and has been moved to Treasury. Muthyoi is believed to have looted a huge chunk of health funds with Muthoka including Covid 19 funds. 3.Janet Mumagi...she is a procurement officer known to prepare ghost tenders. She is currently awaiting redeployment from her procurement boss. 


4.Kyalo Kineene... he was administrator Kitui county referral hospital. He has been moved to Treasury.


 5. Juliet Saganyi ....has been moved to head administration at kitui county referral hospital to correct damages  done by outgoing cartels in health.


Our reliable moles who are keeping tabs on the affected officers have informed our desk that the distraught officers are loitering all over the corridors of power looking for people to bribe or sweet talk in order to revoke their transfers and be retained in the lucrative Health Docket where they mint millions.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
