Hand Over Our Property To Get Your Million - Ngilu Tells Makau

Sacked John Makau

Outgoing Kaluki Ngilu through her chief mortician Joshua Chepchieng now wants the sacked environment minister John Makau to hand over any county property he might be holding if he wants to be paid the Ksh1 million awarded to him by the court.

Makau who was sacked early in 2020 after Ngilu accused him of incompetence sued the mbee nzei cartels led by the failed governor for wrongful dismissal. In his petition, Makau had also asked to be reinstated to his former job that has since been given out to a Ngilu slave.

The court ruled in his favour and awarded the former waziri Ksh10,50,000. The reinstatement prayer was however quashed. 

This is the money that Mbee Nzei is supposed to pay the former waziri but have written to him a terse letter that demands that he hands over any CGovt property he might be holding if he wants to be paid the money. 

Our desk couldn't establish what property the cartels are referring to, though this could be a ploy to further frustrate the sacked officer. 

Check out the letter written by career killer Chepchieng who is himself working in Kitui illegally and earning criminal pay. 


NB: Makau has appealed the decision at a higher court.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
