County Attorney Carol Musango Quits Ngilu's Sinking Ship

Caroline Musango, who was recently sworn in as a County Attorney has resigned from the juakali mbee nzei kiosk. 


We have confirmed that Ms Musango (who is currently not in office) approached failed governor Kaluki with a resignation letter at the ready. This was after only a few months into office. Kaluki is said to have been shocked to the bonemarrow. 


Our top moles in the hopeless juakali government reveal that the lady who is a lawyer by profession did not fit in and felt misplaced, especially after the rejected governor started dispatching the county executive members on shenzi assignments such as commissioning village pit latrines where they are required to excite disinterested crowds with shenzi mbee nzei tales. 


"She also felt professionalism was not being embraced or valued in the administration. It is true she has quit and she's not coming back" revealed a Chief Officer who is our mole and who is also planning to resign months to the elections. 


To save face, failed Ngilu is said to have pleaded with Ms Musango to go on leave and think hard about her decision of resigning from the ramshackle government. It is the same thing Kaluki did to Mary Nguli when she tendered her resignation before the officer finally quit in a huff. 


It is the same case for the runaway County Attorney. According to our top moles, Ms Musango has made up her mind and is not coming back. 

"She didn't know what she was getting herself into. She regrets joining Ngilu's government, but she has a bright career ahead of her..." stated her friend and former classmate at Muthale Girls.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
