Volatile Mrs Makindi Hires Gang To Evict Board Secretary

There is serious fight going on at the County Public Service Board. This has been the case ever since Mrs Florence Munanie Makindi took over as the board chairperson.


Currently, the chairperson is embroiled in a vicious war with the board secretary Japeth Muthengi over unexplained reasons.


Mrs Makindi does not see eye to eye with most of the staff and members of the board, majority of whom have described her as emotionally needy.


"She is the face of division. She is ever moody and broody and emotionally unstable...." Lamented staff member.


We have established that Mrs Makindi hired police officers to evict the board secretary from office, but this did not entirely succeed.

 


She then resorted to intimidation tactics, ordering the office of Mr Muthengi locked.


"Imagine the board secretary can't access his office now. It is locked. He is hanging in the corridors like an alien" reported another staff member.



So what is the bone of contention? Our source revealed that Mrs Makindi is insecure with Mr Muthengi who is described as a solid professional.



"She wants to work with a new guy who was posted to the board recently...you know the lady has no spine of her own and has to do the governor's bidding, which is mostly unlawful activities" our source revealed.



This begs the question, does Makindi know how a secretary to the county public service board is removed from office? Or she is just a blind woman who acts at the whims of her volatile emotions? Or is the aged woman just a hopeless puppet? 


Why is she ever emotionally needy??

    I beg to differ wth the authour, The solidity of the mentioned staff is at wanton and a subject of interest with the committee charged on Performance Management score card .A Professoeof makindi stautus being secretariats by Holder of a certificate in Accounts leaves her in a dillema..It's against this background that she positively took this direction. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor.
