Failed Ngilu Conducts Mini Reshuffle

Embattled & unwanted 

It looks like failed and rejected Kaluki Ngilu is on her last ditch efforts to salvage her collapsed mbee nzei regime. 



The outgoing governor is engaged in theatrics and hopeless kicks meant to salvage her juakali administration as voters agitate to kick her out of office in August this year. 



Our resident moles in the juakali administration have seen a memo of mini reshuffle affecting some Chief Officers. Those who are said to be not in good books with the besieged woman and her cartels  are being shunted away and dumped in dubious designations while those who are lickers are placed in favourable positions.



In the latest reshuffle, Ngilu has moved CO Enock Nguthu from the department of Economic planning and placed him in the department of Livestock.


His position at the Economic Planning has been taken over by Assistant Director Kimwele who is said to be a Ngilu slave. 


CO Songolo who is threatening to run for Mwingi West parliamentary seat has been moved to the Office of Governor. He was the CO, Livestock department. 


"The woman has panicked as Kitui residents rise up against her for her mismanagement of the county. She is looking for small things that can salvage her contraption but nothing seems to be  working" noted our resident mole, indicating that more reshuffles are on the way

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
