In 72 Hours, Wiper Will Reinstate Malombe's Ticket

Today's rulling has dealt a massive blow to conman Kiema Kilonzo and sunset Mailu Musila who had prayed that Dr. Julius Malombe is denied an opportunity to contest for the governor's seat.


When the ruling was delivered, Kiema Kilonzo and his wicked lawyer shivered in shame. They had lost it all. 


Let us tell you why, and how Malombe still walks with his head high. 

The ruling by the High Court returned the ball to the Wiper party, to conduct a nomination process in line with the party primaries rules.


Now on Wiper party, there are 3 methods that apply in relation to nomination.

1. Universal suffrage...where party members go to vote for their favourite candidate.

2. Delegates method. Same as above, only that this time only select delegates are used to choose the candidate.

3. Indirect method. Here the party uses its discretion based on a number of factors and gives the ticket to the candidate  of its choice.


Now in under 72 hours, the Wiper party will have its candidate. This candidate will be none other than Dr. Julius Malombe. The ticket will be reinstated to him. 


Why? Because that is the only logical and the only option available. 

Dr. Malombe is highly popular.

He is friendly and loyal to the party unlike Kiema Kilonzo who is undermining the party and being used by enemies such as Mailu Musila.


The party NEC and Elections Board have pronounced themselves on the matter of the party candidate. The candidate will not be chosen through universal suffrage as Kiema and Musila wished.


√. The party will have the discretion to choose the method of nomination.


√. That method will be indirect method, not universal suffrage that was being canvassed by Kiema and Musila so that they can interfere with the process.


√. In 72 hours, the ticket will be handed over (actually reinstated) to Dr. Malombe.


Reassurance


To thousands of Malombe supporters, there is nothing to cause panic. The popular candidate is on the ballot and on Wiper party. Malombe is winning on Wiper party.


The ruling today is a total loss to Kiema Kilonzo and Mailu Musila, whose prayer was that Malombe/Wiper be knocked off the race. 


Because Musila fears Malombe badly. There is no such law in Kenya. 


The old rustic man will have to retire permanently. 


Conman Kiema Kilonzo is not in the race. At all.

The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor.
