Arrest Mulyungi Now - ODPP Directs Kitui Police
Our Reporter The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has concluded investigations into a physical and sexual assault case filed against Mwingi Central MP Gideon Mulyungi. And now the prosecutor has directed the police in Kitui County to arrest the legislator on sight and present him at Kitui High Court where he will be charged with two counts of assault on Kitui business lady Angela Rhoda alias Kazuri who runs a popular eatery in Mwingi town. Rhoda has filed a criminal case against Mulyungi where she alleges that he physically assaulted her and groped her breasts when the MP in the company of his disheveled goons stormed into her hotel in Mwingi town slightly over a month ago.
