Auditors Threaten To Crush Accountant General Muyanga's Balls Over Looted Covid 19 millions

Mbee Nzei Accountant General one Muyanga is a man under siege. The malleable fella has been misused by mbee nzei cartels and has now been left drying alone. Auditors seeking clarity on the expenditure of Ksh300M Covid 19 funds have swooped on him and are threatening to eat his balls raw. 

Also on the frying pan is the MedSup in charge of Kitui Level 4 hospital who transfered the funds from the hospital's account to "Special Purpose Account" as directed by cartels and from where the whole amount was looted to the last penny. 

The Money was supposed to be spent through Kitui Level IV hospital accounts to fight COVID 19 in the county where it was deposited directly by the ministry of health. However the failed Ngilu and her cartels forced/sweet talked the MedSup to transfer the funds to the fictitious account where it was siphoned. 

And now the Auditors are viciously demanding for the itemised expenditure of the Ksh300. Muyanga and Co. have none! 

"He claims the money was spent across 4 county ministries but he can't show how. The money was just looted through dubious schemes. Every penny"disclosed one of our trusted moles resident at the Juakali administration. 

Our mole also revealed that Muyanga and the looters were desperately looking for money to bribe the Auditors after it became clear that they were determined to send them to jail.

"Muyanga said they could refund the whole amount when the budget is opened but the auditors have refused to listen to that gibberish. It is only a matter of time before him and the MedSup as well as the cartels are handcuffed and arraigned in court, bringing their careers to a dead end" noted our highly placed mole.
