4 Hospitals Exposed To Danger And Crime As Security Withdrawn


If u visit Kitui general hospital, Mwingi Level 4, Ikutha and Migwani subcounty hospitals, you will see the gates wide open like loose legs of a night nurse. A few mikuka chewing blokes who have been engaged by corrupt CO Muthoka after the security tenderpreneur who provided security services pulled out would be lazing about cluelessly. 

The withdraw of the uniformed security guards has left the 4 health facilities exposed to crime and insecurity as strangers can now walk in and out any time without being checked by hawk eyes, posing a danger to patients, health workers and even the dead.

"We feel like we are naked. Have u seen an institution of this level without security, either private or government? This is a sad joke," lamented one doctor based at Kitui general hospital who is worried by the sad turn of events.

The casual  civilian goons have been procured by CO Muthoka to give a fake feeling of security at Kitui and Mwingi  hospitals. At Ikutha and Migwani facilities, our sniffers established that even the civilian goons are not there. 

"I can tell you we are on our own. Patients and health workers face real danger in these unmanned facilities. Anybody can walk in and out without being questioned as if they are entering a brothel" revealed a clinical officer working at Mwingi level 4. 

The security tenderpreneur (name and more details coming up) withdrew her guards over non payment of security services at the four facilities for six months. The contractor sued the county government through the department of health that has been run down by incompetent CO Muthoka, a fervent Ngilu slave who trained as a pharmacist in some backwater college in Punjab district, India.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
