Revealed: Why Ngilu Has Stopped Muthoka's Ksh275 million Mansion

Muthoka, one of Ngilu's looting cartel

Desperate to endear herself to the masses, failed and outgoing Ngilu has ordered her CO Dr Muthoka to temporarily stop his multi million shillings home project.

The reasoning behind this move, according to insiders, is that Ngilu is afraid that should Muthoka continue putting up his Ksh275 million 3 storey bungalow in Nzambani ward, bitter Kituians will conclude her mbee nzei regime is corrupt to the core.

"It is true she has ordered Muthoka to temporarily stop the works on his state of the art castle. She does not want this kind of largesse associated with her corrupt government" our mole disclosed.

Dr Muthoka is one of Ngilu's looting cartels who in 4 years has benefitted from illicit acquired wealth at the county government.

Together with Dr Muthoka, Ngilu looted the Health billions allocated every financial year, leaving the health facilities on death bed without drugs and with demoralized health workers.

The Muthoka/ Ngilu cartel also looted the COVID - 19 Funds to the last penny. Several nurses and doctors in charge of health facilities are currently being investigated by EACC after Muthoka tinkered with documents to implicate them in the massive theft.

It is these stolen funds that the colorless Muthoka is using to put up a mansion at his village befitting his stature as incoming Kitui East MP.

According to an architectural design availed to our desk, Muthoka's multi million Castle is an eye popping monster complete with an helipad since Muthoka intends to conduct his campaigns from the skies using a chopper.

Others features of the mansion include underground bunkers with automated doors, grenade proof velvets, deep freezers that can store food for six months, an expansive jacuzzi, a modern massage parlour, a min bar and restaurant among other features.
