EXPOSED: Rogue Mbee Nzei Casanova With Lustful Eyes

90 percent of all female workers at mbee nzei government who have interacted with Philip Kiema (pictured) want the man sacked, and possibly jailed. 

You see, Kiema, a deputy director plucked from a dusty classroom by the failed Ngilu is not your average Casanova. 

The aged bull is said to have high libido, a mountainous ego and bad attitude. Indeed, Kiema whose workstation is at Kitui county referral hospital is said to be a decorated skirt chaser and doesn't allow any female legs bypass his roving eyes. 

So much trouble has the old billy goat caused to female workers at the hospital that the docile minister, Winnie Kitetu summoned him recently after the female workers threatened to hold a mother of all demos to demand his immediate sacking. 

The female workers got fed up with the Casanova's   unbecoming and unprofessional conduct that they shouted to waziri Kitetu to rescue them from the pervert.

Information availed to us show that Kitetu, fuming like a wounded tiger, walked into the Referral Hospital, yanked off the amorous man from his little office and summoned all staff to tell their tales.

"The impromptu staff meeting comprised of nurses, clinical officers, pharmacists, non medical staff and all casuals. Some shed tears narrating their ordeal under the nasty old man with an ugly beer belly," reported one of our trusted moles who attended the charged meeting. 

The staff told their boss how they have been intimidated and threatened by the  Director after turning down his unwarranted advances. 

"Mwitanyo ula wina musee usu, ai ekai....," sobbed one of the female casual. 

In their string of complaints to Waziri Kitetu, the workers described Kiema as a mean man, a pervert who wickedly  compliments females for having either "juicy boobs" or "succulent legs" or "breathtaking behind". Even medics are not spared his madness. 

His favourite pick up line, according to those who have contacted our desk - are: " wow baby, I love what I'm seeing, can we dinner tonight, then dinner?."

Those who decline his overtures are immediately fired or suspended on trumped up charges. 

His conduct flies in the face of Sexual Offences Act 3 of 2006 Article 23 on conduct of pubic officers especially those in positions of authority. 

But Kiema did not start at Mbee Nzei. While teaching at Unoa primary in Wote, the former teacher was interdicted and finally sacked by TSC when he was found guilty of allegedly combating horizontally with his female pupils. Two of those became pregnant after he pumped old, live seeds into their little bellies. 

In October last year, the man from Far East was hired as  director of sports. After reporting for duty, the tyrant was mysteriously deployed to the county hospital even with zero knowledge of health matters.

 It is here where director Kiema has exerted his cocky balls with impunity never seen before. 

So far, the bully has sent home 7 permanent employees and fired 18 Casuals on flimsy  grounds. This is in breach and in total contravention of Article 235 of 2010 Constitution that donates powers to HIRE and FIRE of public officers - whether permanent or on contract - to  County Public Service Board. 

Reports indicate that he hires his own cronies and concubines to replace those he has fired. Others say he asks for bribes of upto 200k from permanent staff, failure to which he initiatives a transfer.  

Director Kiema is also into other unprofessional acts. For instance, The Waiver policy in hospitals requires a Committee to sit and recommend who receives the Waiver from the Wards. But Kiema does not consult  the Committee or anyone else. He has given waiver to undeserving patients leaving those vulnerable at the mercy of their gods.

In his drinking dens, he claims to have purchased his position with "lots of money" and as such, he is untouchable. 

 Shockingly, after being admonished, Kiema went drinking in his dens where he dismissed minister Kitetu as a small girl who is equal to his second wife. 

All investigation agencies such as DCI and EACC now have a duty to nail this man.  And all the girls are willing to spill the beans.
