After ditching Wiper in a huff, having been denied a direct ticket as he was nagging, the aged and bitter Mailu Musila has retreated back to his Itoloni village to re-strategize. 

Two days ago, the egocentric Musila called a meeting at his Itoloni home that was attended by his equally bitter band of advisors. They called the meeting "bringing our heads together". 

We got one of our top mole to successfully sit through the meeting that discussed - with fury & confusion -  Musila's next plan. Some of his advisors openly abused Kalonzo but Musila calmed them them. 

"I have a tight plan on how to revenge for what he has done to me" he assured his restive militia. 

So today folks, Our Desk will reveal to you Musila's three (3) pronged formula that was discussed during the secret meeting, and whose details we are privy to. 

*1. We are in Jubilee but let us mask it; say little about Jubilee. Let us show we are friendly to Kalonzo even though he is our enemy now.* 

- This is the first approach. It was agreed in the meeting that, though jilted and bitter, Mailu Musila should not show his bitterness in public. He should actually insist that Kalonzo is his brother and he is still in Wiper. 

The team agreed that whatever they do, they should try and keep low profile on Jubilee party as the mention of the party  would dent Musila's imaginary image. 

Musila and his militia agreed that wherever he goes, he should mention Kalonzo more times than Jubilee. He should mention Azimio countless times.

"Mheshmiwa, you also need to be giving crowds greetings from Kalonzo even though you are not in talking terms with him. People will believe you are still together," one of his militiamen advised. Musila smiled and nodded.

OBJECTIVE - fool the voters and finish off Kalonzo with pretence & camouflage. NB. Musila has vowed that he will do what it takes to punish Kalonzo decisively! 

*2. Talk about Musila's money; legal and illicit and imaginary*

- The second strategy for Musila and his camp is to chest thumb and convince people that he is swimming in big money. He seems to think that Kitui voters are gullible, and would fall for his imagined money. 

Musila told his bandits that he will soon secure millions from Jubilee party, and this will enable him dish out handouts to the people. 

"Spread the word that we have money. It doesn't matter whether we give it out or not, people will just come to us. Even if we give out the money, we shall recover it once in office" Musila whispered to his congregation of trusted liutenants. They agreed. 

OBJECTIVE - fool people with big talk & vain confidence... with hope of securing  bandwagon following. 

*3. Camp in South. Lock the bloc*

This was discussed as Musila's final but the most important strategy in his disjointed onslaught. 

It was agreed that Mailu Musila should camp in Kitui South for one (1) month...wooing voters, dishing handouts and passing fake Kalonzo greetings to the locals. 

In addition to this, Musila & his team agreed that he should get a Deputy from the South. They reasoned that this move would lock the South bloc for him while his other bandits continue to preach Kitui versus Mwingi narrative in larger Mwingi region. A very dangerous divisive line initiated by Musila in his scheme to punish the larger Kitui & divide the county. 

OBJECTIVE - fool Kitui South with a running mate position while his intention is to serve only Mwingi & marginalize the rest of Kitui (as he was clearly captured speaking)

Other details discussed as AoB was Kiema Kilonzo. The team unanimously dismissed Kiema as a busybody and a colourless loser but said they needed him for strategic purposes. They agreed Kiema was the weakest candidate in any election but they needed to support him in order to knock off Dr Malombe. 

Actually Musila told his gang that he has never forgiven Kiema and Kaluki Ngilu for threatening to demolish Muli Mall in 2013 when the two ran for governor and senator respectively. Musila dismissed Kiema as a conman and worse than Ngilu. He said even with 20 Wiper certificates, he can defeat Kiema without campaigning. 

Mailu Musila, a bitter and vengeful old man is a danger to Kitui. There is only one place for him; political oblivion. You agree!
