~ Only 5 days to the election and one Kaluki Ngilu is determined to steal anything and everything of value. Two weeks ago, we told you how she cleaned her office of the expensive furniture and valuable office equipment. 

~ And now hear this. They are determined to drain the KICOTEC bank account held at Equity Bank.

~ Credible information reaching our desk is that Ngilu has strictly ordered for withdrawal of a cool Ksh5.6 million with immediate effect. 

~ Some say this money will be channeled towards the campaigns for Ngilu's political project, Mailu Musila. Yes, they are stealing in the name of Mailu Musila.

Board member sacked

~ One Brayan Wambua, who was KICOTEC board member opposed to the planned robbery has been sacked. Wambua questioned Esther Kilonzi's plan to sanction withdrawal of huge amounts from KICOTEC accounts without clear explanation. He also refused to append his signature to the dubious paperwork. 

~ Brayan told our desk that his illegal removal from the board is because of his firm stance and refusing to kowtow to the CEC's criminal plans to steal from the public. 

~ But the corrupt Kilonzi and Ngilu are determined to execute the public robbery.

 

Appoints Blackie's concubine as CEO

First, they brought in an aged spinster called Catherine Muvea to take over as KICOTEC CEO. Now Catherine is a side dish for Blackie Wamukoya. She has no academic papers. 

And in a Gazette notice dated July 29, 2022, Esther Kilonzi sacked Brayan Wambua as a board member and replaced him with one Charles Mulila Ndambo. 

Musila's appointment runs from 27th July 2022 to 19th January 2023. 

He has simply been brought in to facilitate the draining of KICOTEC account. Yes, Mulila is a conduit.

~ Our desk has reliably learnt that Esther Kilonzi is establishing a caretaker committee that will ensure whatever money they need from KICOTEC is withdrawn  without a hitch. 

~ A line Chief Officer who is afraid that this crime might land him in courts has opted to stay away from the dirty deal. Esther Kilonzi has marked the man as mbee Nzei enemy! 

So folks, by the time a new governor is coming into office, the KICOTEC bank account will be reading Zero. 

~ The criminals are determined to drain everything. All the money paid by the National Government for tenders such as police and chiefs uniforms is going into private pockets.

~ The DCI and EACC have a serious assignment here. They must investigate and prosecute these criminals;
