Noise From Ngilu Orphans Won't Distract Hardworking Dr. Malombe


A coterie of desperate Ngilu orphans have regrouped and made it their occupation to keep howling in social media.

 

Their desperation is meant to cast Dr. Malombe's government in bad light. Sadly for them, their evil effort is melting away like butter on a hot knife! 


In the mix is also a small group of Ngilu orphaned MCAs led by Alex Nganga and Sylvester Munyalo alias Yaamu, well known political extortionists and groupies whose con games are hitting a brick wall. 


What the minions do not know is that Governor Malombe's administration is founded on a firm & solid foundation. It is unshakable.


The orphans' pet subject is the matter of CECs nomination by the governor. However, Skymoon Desk, which is the only purveyor of unfettered truth wishes to set the record straight on this issue.



1. That Governor Malombe made public a list of CEC nominees in line with the relevant laws and forwarded the list to the County Assembly for vetting and subsequent approval.


2. That on 18th November 2022, the EACC wrote to all the 47 Speakers of the County Assemblies demanding that CEC nomination lists be forwarded to them for background checks & clearance. 


3. That following the EACC order, the County Assemblies were technically halted from discussing the names submitted by the Governors until after the EACC submits its report on the individuals so nominated.


It is on this backdrop that the vetting process has stalled at the County Assembly, a process that will immediately resume once the EACC returns its verdict on the nominees. This has nothing to do with the governor. 


However, there is no cause for alarm since Governor Malombe is committed to transforming the lives of Kitui County residents through tangible developments.


Already, all the County health facilities have been stocked with medicine and non pharmaceutical commodities, something that was alien during Ngilu's misadventure in office.


Kitui County residents and all well meaning people are calling on Ngilu's needy orphans in the Assembly and outside the Assembly to channel their energies towards the right causes instead of attempting to bury themselves under molehills. 


Dr. Malombe is strong, focused to serve and unfazed.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
