  Kitui County Assembly has received a Notice of Motion on the removal from office of the CECM for Lands, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development (LIHUD) Jacob Maundu Kakundi alias kitavi, a certified looter per exellence.  The notice to remove the crook from public office was served by Hon. Alex Mwangangi (Kyoome/Thaana Ward). It effectively stands to be deliberated after the statutory period of three working days.   In giving the notice, the mover of the motion cited a number of grounds to chuck out rent seeker Kakundi from public employment.   It is now official. There will be no salary for Kitui county government workers any time soon. This piece of sad new has been passed over to all the Chief Officers by the county secretary Joshua Chepchieng, advising them to inform employees in their departments of the sad turn of events. In a letter dated today August 10 (letter attached), addressed to the COs and which has been picked by our top placed moles in the collapsed Mbee Nzei regime, Chepchieng has literally send the county government workers to shylocks and online lending Apps. The county government workers have gone without their July saklaries and there is no hope for August pay. “I think they will be paid at the end of September. It will do them good if they are in good books with shylocks and other money lenders” noted one of the local commentators. Kathina as she is locally known in her ward has been needy all her life. Growing up in abject poverty, Grace Kathina's greatest ambition  was to become a tailor and then a Kaweto. She also loved mandazi as a needy child, this explains why later in life, she put up a mandazi kiosk at Kunda Kindu to stay with her childhood desires. The 36kg woman is also a practicing froth taker. Trusting Kathina for anything beneficial to mwananchi is a waste of time.
