Game Changer for Healthcare in Kitui West

Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has once again demonstrated why he remains a leader focused on transforming lives through development.

Today, the Governor commissioned the new main theatre at Kauwi Level IV Hospital, a modern facility fully completed by the County Government of Kitui. 

He also officially unveiled the hospital's radiology department, which was both constructed and equipped under his administration.

The two landmark projects mark a major milestone in strengthening healthcare services in Kauwi Ward and the larger Kitui West region. 

Residents will now enjoy improved access to life-saving surgical procedures, faster diagnostic services, and quality healthcare closer to home, reducing the need for referrals to distant hospitals.

The commissioning is yet another testament to Governor Malombe's commitment to investing in people-centred development and delivering on his promise of a stronger, healthier and more prosperous Kitui.
