Our Reporter Friday, September 4th, retired Kaluki Ngilu visited Kitui County Referral Hospital and violently discharged 15 mothers and 4 other patients. She claimed she was out to pay patient bills. She did not pay a single penny! Instead she used goons to spirit her and the patients away. She has no intention of paying. But which Ngilu is this who pretends to have compassion? Ngilu was here for 5 odd years, and everything she touched turned into an instant scandal. During her misadventure, Kitui County Hospitals were literal deathbeds. Patients agonized painfully even as she cobbled up a looting venture called KChic where people's money was pocketed before she took off.
