Senator Wambua addressing Senate on the death of Kitui health sector  Kitui Senator Enoch Wambua has sounded alarm bells for dying Kitui hospitals that have been turned into death traps since Kaluki Ngilu took over. Speaking in the Senate yesterday, Wambua, just like a majority Kitui residents agreed that the health sector was in disarray with health facilities lacking even the basic of services and medicine.  The only medicine easily available in health facilities are paracetamol and aspirins.
