Should they not pat you in the back, then they have no idea how much you love, and indeed care for them. 

 

Those folks down there do not need hospitals, roads or even water from mbee nzei. They do not need farm incentives to boost agricultural production from your makeshift administration. They can actually do well with a Choo to empty their empty stomachs, what with depressed rains there.


Kaluki, Your sworn slaves have told us the Choo is air conditioned and has reclining seats to help in bowel movements as the poor folks relieve themselves. 

Indeed your WhatsApp slaves from the South will find this Choo a great comfort and convenience, from where they can come up with creative ideas to praise your irredeemable failure as they poop and pee!

 

The kangukangu water project that was to serve an entire community can indeed wait. Dilapidated Ikutha hospital can wait too. Guys in Kitui South need to poop first and be happy with your shenzi gavament. 

We are told the grand idea was born out of the realization that majority of South residents defeacate in the bushes and your juakali government was forced to aggregate their poop at a central point. Your cartel contractors had to eat from the poop too, figuratively speaking. 


We congratulate you for coming up with a timely - though costly - project to tap Kitui South poop. Who knows, we can use their acrid poop to produce electricity. Or even biogas. Or make fertilizers!

The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
