Secessionist Musila   If there was any doubt that 91 year old senile Museums of Kenya employee David Musila is a danger to Kitui, the doubt is no more. Musila who spent his half a century career in civil service and politics marginalizing other parts of the larger Mwingi region at the expense of his Migwani village is now at it again. Bitter, desperate, and being ravaged by old age, the old mzee is now preaching division and secessionist politics. When he retreats to Mwingi the old man is telling Mwingi people he will work for them at the exclusion of the larger Kitui.  In one of his reckless outbursts captured in tape by our moles, the colonial grandpa is heard vowing that he will ensure the larger Kitui regrets once he takes over. Dr Muthoka alias Honourable manoti Barely 5 years after joining the corrupt and juakali mbee nzei administration as a struggling pharmacist, Dr Richard Muthoka has curved his teeth as one of the richest county tycoons in Kenya.  When you hear that in the entire Kitui county, hospitals have no drugs and consumables, save for a few cartons of paracetamols and government Condoms, it is not hard to know why.  Looking at Dr Muthoka's accumulated wealth over a period of 4 years, you don't need to be a brain surgeon to know where the billions meant for health care provision in Kitui county have possibly disappeared to.  But proud Muthoka is unmoved. The recluse walks with a straight face in town, dismissing everybody that he doesn't like as scum of the earth.  Indeed Muthoka claims he can buy anybody that he wants; including investigative agencies who might come snooping on his acquired wealth and fat bank accounts. Museums of Kenya employee Among the gubernatorial aspirants, there are some who should not even feature anywhere. Two of them is failed Kaluki Ngilu and 91 year old grandpa, Museums of Kenya employee David Musila.  While Ngilu is accused of running down the county, massive misappropriation of funds and death of healthcare services, among other ills, old Musila once said he's comfortable with that.  He said his ways of doing things are similar to Ngilu's. Mrs Makindi There is serious fight going on at the County Public Service Board. This has been the case ever since Mrs Florence Munanie Makindi took over as the board chairperson. Currently, the chairperson is embroiled in a vicious war with the board secretary Japeth Muthengi over unexplained reasons. Mrs Makindi does not see eye to eye with most of the staff and members of the board, majority of whom have described her as emotionally needy. " She is the face of division. She is ever moody and broody and emotionally unstable...." Lamented staff member. We have established that Mrs Makindi hired police officers to evict the board secretary from office, but this did not entirely succeed.   She then resorted to intimidation tactics, ordering the office of Mr Muthengi locked. Keen to get better transport and parcel services, majority of the passengers have shifted to Kinatwa Prestige that has well managed offices in Mwingi town and Kitui town. Their Mwembe Tayari office in Mombasa is a beehive of activity as passengers opt to travel with the trusted entity while their rivals; Kinatwa Sacco is fast becoming a shell. Trouble for Kinatwa Sacco started when their vehicles started flouting all known traffic rules on the road and even flouting NTSA regulations.  It is only at Kinatwa Sacco where you find drivers dead drunk while behind the wheel, under the influence of muguka and cheap liquor. Muthoka, one of Ngilu's looting cartel   Desperate to endear herself to the masses, failed and outgoing Ngilu has ordered her CO Dr Muthoka to temporarily stop his multi million shillings home project.  The reasoning behind this move, according to insiders, is that Ngilu is afraid that should Muthoka continue putting up his Ksh275 million 3 storey bungalow in Nzambani ward, bitter Kituians will conclude her mbee nzei regime is corrupt to the core. " It is true she has ordered Muthoka to temporarily stop the works on his state of the art castle. She does not want this kind of largesse associated with her corrupt government" our mole disclosed. Dr Muthoka is one of Ngilu's looting cartels who in 4 years has benefitted from illicit acquired wealth at the county government.  Together with Dr Muthoka, Ngilu looted the Health billions allocated every financial year, leaving the health facilities on death bed without drugs and with demoralized health workers.   Reject Failed Ngilu was nearly lynched at Kabati when the locals turned rowdy as she showcased her useless cattle trucks. Incensed locals told Ngilu to go to hell while others told her she was wasting her time. "Vai kindu we, syoka makueni...twikenda thi vyu...." The residents shouted as they chased disgraced Kaluki away. They simply said all what Kitui needs is water provision, healthcare and other tangibles. Not useless lorries.. Listen to them. 

It is another scandal folks. Another looting front for outgoing Kaluki Ngilu.  First it is Ksh58M for only 5 trucks to ferry cattle. That simply means one truck was procured at Ksh11.6 million. By all standards, this is a highly inflated figure, in which Ngilu and her cartels have already pocketed the fat difference. While Kitui is under the grip of serious water shortage, with failed Ngilu getting the county priorities upside down, let us analyze what Ksh58 million could do to alleviate the water scarcity.  For avoidance of doubt, provision of water would go along way in improving the health of livestock more than carrying them in lorries to markets.  Provision of water would also enable the populace engage in small scale agriculture and the county residents would be food secure. But is Ngilu thinking in these lines? No! The evil woman is thinking biashara; how to mint money from suffering Kitui residents.   Senator Enoch Kiio Wambua has joined Kitui residents in rubbishing Ngilu's useless projects that are avenues for her insatiable looting.  The latest of these sick jokes by failed outgoing Kaluki are the cattle trucks bought to ostensibly transport cattle to markets.  What's sickening about the silly idea is that Ngilu is engaging in these gymnastics when the county hospitals are running without drugs.  "Between hospitals for human beings and vehicles to transport cattle, which is of priority? We know this is an avenue for Ngilu to steal from the public, thankfully her time is up" says Senator Wambua.  Kitui residents have unanimously condemned and laughed off Ngilu's foolish projects when the county is under a serious grip of water shortage among other challenges .   Little known kinengo After desperate Kiema Kilonzo tricked one Kinengo Katisya for selfies during an accidental  meeting in Mwingi North, photos that Kiema and his lickers later used to claim the rookie guy had joined his camp, purportedly from Dr Malombe's camp, we sought audience with the chap.    We contacted Kinengo, not because he has any political following or impact anywhere, but because Dr Malombe's name was adversely mentioned in the charade that was designed to give Kiema’s dead-on-arrival bid some life.
