Our Reporter - Mwingi   Business in Mwingi town was Tuesday paralysed for the better part of the evening as local residents held a demonstration to castigate Mwingi Central MP Gideon Mulyungi alias Honourable Dwarf. The irate locals who were joined by members of the business community denounced Mulyungi for his unbecoming conduct and unguarded tongue.
