EXPOSED: Inside Ngilu's Scheme To Sack COs For Sanitization

Kaluki looking for scapegoats

As you read this, outgoing Kaluki Ngilu has forthwith withdrawn the power to procure from the Chief Officers. In an internal memo that was communicated to the COs recently, Ngilu ordered the accounting officers to put on hold all plans to procure anything.


According to insiders who spoke to our reliable desk, the move has left the COs in panic mode, with some fearing that they might be facing the axe as failed Ngilu seeks to sanitize herself. 


Our desk also established that there is a looming 'reorganization of mbee nzei government' in which the indicted governor is planning to sack some of her COs while pushing others to irrelevant departments and others being reduced to flower girls and boys. This has caused real fear and panic in mbee nzei as the top officers live in a knife's edge, not knowing what to expect. 


"We know she wants to do some shuffling in the executive and some of us are ready to go. We have seen the signs already. She wants to use COs as her scapegoat for her massive failures" lamented one of the COs who suspects is marked for dinner. 


When Ngilu advertised for CO positions recently, she had the idea of appointing new faces in her juakali government and push others under the bus. All in the hope of reviving her dead political fortunes. 


"She wants to say, 'now you see, I got a new team that is ready to work for you. I have sacked the useless ones who made us not work" our mole revealed.


Our desk established that possibly those marked for the sack or possible dethronement from their departments include GK Zakayo, Enoch Nguthu and few others. 


Richard Muthoka who was vanquished from the health docket and placed at the Trade department is not off the hook yet. Our moles reveal that the Trade department will be split where Muthoka will be handed a skeleton thing to run because he is unwanted. 


At the lucrative Environment department where charcoal and sand money flows freely, plus the World Bank billions grant, flower girl Evelyn Musembi will be confirmed as the substantive CO. This will seal the fate of Clement Munyithya who will now be  officially fired.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
