Ngilu Buys Off Kitui's Gutter Press With Alcohol and Boiled Eggs

Image
It is indeed a season of theatrics as 2022 fast approaches. Who would have thought that fellows associating themselves with the media would be lured by Kaluki Ngilu and hypnotized with alcohol and food at her Ithookwe home? But this is exactly what happened on Wednesday evening after Ngilu tricked a bunch of gullible fellas to her home where she fed them with rice stew, macaroni and boiled eggs. After gorging themselves in food, the characters were later treated to a drinking frenzy of alcohol and soft drinks until some couldn't walk.   Our mole who watched the eating and drinking bonanza for the 'media'  from a strategic position heard some of the drunks hilariously promise Ngilu heaven. " Akiangai mama ndulea kuvita...wachana na wapinzani mama, ground niyako. Wait and see..."  one of the drunkards slurred as heard by our mole.  "Mbongele kindu vaa wee... " the famished fella then yelled while thirstily reaching out for a bottle of Jameson whisky. Ngilu

Muthoka Declares Candidature, Vows To Buy Voters Like Damaged Eggs

Image
Hon Manoti It's not a rumour any more. The infamous former Chief Officer for health 'Dr' Richard Muthoka is going for Kitui East Parliamentary seat. And he's doing it in style. For starters Muthoka is constructing a king's castle at his Nzambani home, complete with an helipad at the top. The mansion costing Ksh275 million also has underground bunkers, a mini bar, a state of the art massage parlour and other finer things befitting for a big man.  For his own security, Muthoka has applied for a gun; preferably a Ceska pistol or Browning and one with a silencer.  And if you know how to shoot without missing, then Muthoka knows how to fly without perching. To tighten up his personal security as an incoming MP, Muthoka who suffers from high levels of paranoia (according to his associates) has also employed an energetic youthful man as his food tester. Wherever he will go during the campaigns and even beyond, the young man with elephantic appetite will tag alongside Mutho

Kalonzo Can't Win, Support Raila - Ngilu Tells Kamba Nation

Image
Ngilu mocks Kalonzo, says he can't win The long standing hatred held by Kaluki Ngilu against Kalonzo Musyoka has reared its ugly head again. Ngilu has in the past done everything possible to undermine Kalonzo politically and she is thought to be working closely with governors Mutua and Kibwana to vanquish Kalonzo completely.  In the recent byelection for Nguu/Masumba ward, governor Mutua revealed that Ngilu donated huge sums of money to support the independent candidate Timothy Maneno who defeated Wiper's Eshio Mwaiwa.  After Maneno's victory, Ngilu is reported to have called a small party at her Ithookwe home attended only by who is who among her close lickers and slaves. They partied until the wee hours of the night, downing bottles upon bottles of whisky while mocking Kalonzo.  And now Ngilu has called on the Kamba nation to mobilize themselves behind ODM leader Raila Odinga saying he is the next president of Kenya. She has also called several leaders and categorically a

Stop Attacking Private Chemists For Your Incompetence - Ngilu Told

Image
Failed Ngilu After running down the county and overseeing looting of public  funds meant for healthcare provision, outgoing Kaluki Ngilu is now looking for scapegoats for her failures.  The governor has trained her eyes on private chemists operating within Kitui town which she claims are selling drugs stollen from the county referral hospital. This laughable allegation by the incompetent governor has been rubbished by Kitui residents as a joke of the century, since everybody knows Ngilu has neglected public hospitals and overseen their death by looting all the funds allocated to the health sector.  A day ago, and at night, Ngilu launched an attack on the private dispensing chemists, particularly one owned by an acclaimed medic Dr Joshua Matu. She bribed goons and tasked them to illegally and unlawfully attack the private business, a move that has been roundly condemned. Our investigations have established that Dr Matu's Chemist has been running for years, with all requisite licence

Japeth Muthengi Triumphs As Court Stops Ngilu & Her Cartels

Image
Japheth Muthengi  Japheth Mbiti Muthengi, the besieged secretary and accounting officer of the Kitui County Public Service Board (KCPSB) has won round one against the ruthless cartels that have been working to remove him from office. The hardworking officer, described as a solid and incorruptible professional has successfully obtained conservatory orders stopping the clueless Florence Makindi (chairperson of the board) and outgoing governor Kaluki Ngilu from interfering with his work. In the orders accessed by our desk through our strategic court moles, Justice Nduma Nderi has ordered Kitui Central Police Station OCS to ensure that Mr Muthengi has unfettered access to his office and that nobody prevents him from executing his duties. Justice Nderi also dealt a mortal blow to madam Makindi who is Ngilu's puppet when he ordered that their crony, one Wilfred Ngesu Mutua should never step his unqualified feet anywhere near Muthengi's office.  Ngesu Mutua was being fronted by Ngilu

Pashamole, Skymoon Remain Unbowed

Image
*OPEN STATEMENT*  *PASHAMOLE, SKYMOON REMAIN BRUTALLY BOLD, HONEST AND RELIABLE TO THE END* *Ignore hunger ravaged and needy rascals* Skymoonetworks and Pashamole are two leading revolution movements whose relentless, bold and tenacious capacity to hold to account the powers that be has endeared them to the Kitui populace.  Not a day passes without the two entities being mentioned over a thousand times, by both those who love and support our work as well as blind lickers of mbee nzei juakali administration.  This is a revolution cause started years back, and it is not about to stop. We are privy to scare mongering tactics and even intimidation methods to cow us or slow down our work. We are not stopping anytime soon. Interestingly, the two movements have created 'eating opportunities' for a number of needy and hunger ravaged chaps, who either sell fear to their political targets or those who claim they have the means and machinery to finish us. We have allowed such chaps to c

Why Outgoing Ngilu Wants To Sack Disgruntled Staff

Image
Failed and outgoing On Tuesday, Kaluki Ngilu summoned all Kitui County staff working in the headquarters to an early morning meeting at the Kitui stadium. What was supposed to be a brief 7:00 -9:00 AM meeting ended up becoming the longest meeting the staff have ever attended all their working lives. Kaluki Ngilu herself came late then she kept them hungry and thirsty until 1:00 PM. At the end of the meeting, she decided to buy their silence with Kes 500. Yes 500 shillings. Remember she paid boda boda riders, shoe shiners and traders Kes 2000 when she summoned them to a meeting in her office earlier. She instead chose to give her own workers Kes 500 shillings. Yes that is how Kaluki Ngilu values her own staff. But does Kaluki Ngilu really care about them? Does she care whether they lived or died? She does not. After all she did not employ most of them. Let us see why! Salary Delays :  It is October 10th and the Kitui County Government staff have not been paid their September salaries. I

Inside Ngilu's Plan To Swindle Ksh300M From Kitui's Poor

Image
Swindling congame Every indication is that Ngilu's latest healthcare insurance scheme is a plot to swindle poor county residents.  Interviews carried out by Skymoon team across the county show that people have no trust in the questionable deal, that was dubiously hatched by the outgoing governor and her close cartels. At the centre of this new heist is a whooping Ksh300 Million, which Ngilu is targeting to gather from the poor folks who are expected to pay Ksh3000 per household.  This amount will be realized if Ngilu manages to convince 100,000 households to register for the scheme.  To add a sweetener to the dubious arrangement, Ngilu and her mbee nzei cartels have claimed that the county government will also contribute Ksh3000 per every household, to enable beneficiaries access medical care in all NHIF accredited facilities. Lies....and more lies What is curious about this arrangement is that it is not premised on any known framework. It has been cobbled up in the way of the inf
