Shock: Has Mwingi MCA Joined Illuminati Society?

Members of Kitui county Assembly are living in fear and suspicion that one of their own might have possibly joined the feared Illuminati Society. 

The first term MCA from Mwingi is reported to be swimming in real cash lately and travelling within and outside the country even as his colleagues struggle to make ends meet under the mbee nzei juakali contraption. 

His lifestyle is reported to have significantly changed; he now wears expensive suits and cologne, drives an expensive fuel guzzler and has acquired springs in his walking style. 

This is quite a departure from the recent past when the 'boy' MCA came to the Assembly looking haggard and malnourished and sounding bushy in his conversations. Now he has discarded his Toyota Allion car he bought on loan and told his colleagues he is awaiting the shipment of his latest road teaser;  a sleek black Mercedes-Benz custom made for his desires. 

But what has raised the MCAs suspicions even more is the weird conduct of their colleague. Lately he has tried to introduce some of his colleagues to secret businesses where one is supposed to invest money ranging between Ksh500, 000 and Ksh1 million and in four weeks flat, the money is repaid back 8 times the amount invested. 

Our top moles in the Assembly say that his suspicious colleagues have run away from his terrifying yet appetizing investment ventures that have made him an overnight millionaire. 

The first term MCA's passport is also said to have received several Visa stamps in the recent past as he travels the world to meet his newly found business mentors in top Capitals across the world. His recent destinations are Lagos, Kuala Lumpur, Pretoria, New Delhi, Seoul, Sanaa among others. 

"Before he came to the Assembly the furthest this man knew was Mombasa where he briefly worked as a shoe shiner before he relocated to his village in Mwingi for small scale businesses like selling boiled eggs and kachumbari. He is now talking big money, travelling all over and driving expensive cars bwana as we rot away here. Lakini wacha kwanza tupime" said a fellow MCA amidst laughter, admitting that if his economic fortunes do not improve, he might also consider joining his colleague's well paying businesses. 

The lucky lad who comes not far from Mwingi town has informed his colleagues that he will not waste time defending the lowly MCA seat, dismissing it as a preserve of the needy and vulnerable in the society. 

"He tells us he wants to concentrate fulltime on his businesses. He is also generous since he wants to introduce people to his lady luck" stated the colleague with raised eyebrows. 

Has he or is the young man just a suave businessman?
