VIDEO: Malombe Endorsed In Nguni Ward

In one of his many whirlwind tours across Kitui County, Dr Julius Malombe was today endorsed by the general population in Nguni Ward, Mwingi Central constituency.


The incoming governor who is highly accepted by Kitui county residents met enthusiastic groups of voters at Nguni, Maai Mbuvu, Ukasi, Musovo-Mwanzele where the locals praised him for the good development record he set when he served as the pioneer governor. They vowed to mobilize themselves around his candidature. 



At Nguni, the respected opinion leader Mzee Simon Malai who has defected from Mailu Musila's dying camp led the locals in welcoming Dr Malombe, saying among the aspirants he is the only leader who can serve the entire Kitui county without discrimination or marginalization of some regions. 


Mzee Simon Malai dismissed Mailu Musila as a selfish old man who is driven by greed at sunset years while at the same time dismissing Ngilu as corrupt and Kiema an awful joker. 


"Let us all vote for Malombe. There is no one like him," Mzee Malai said as he led the crowds in chanting songs in praise of the incoming governor.

Payment of land rates   No Criminal Encroacher should attempt to Grab Dr Malombe's legally acquired land Our Reporter   Governor Julius Malombe, as a private citizen, has the legal rights to own land anywhere in the Country. The fact that he owns a parcel of land within Kitui Municipality should not be a strange thing to anyone. However, what is concerning is when another individual attempts to criminally encroach on and grab Dr Malombe's piece of land, in the hope that he will keep quiet just because he is the governor. This is the most warped thinking ever, and it is anchored on blackmail.  The plot in question is legally owned by Dr Julius Makau Malombe. It was legally allotted to him over 30 years ago. And as a law abiding citizen, Malombe has been faithfully and legally paying land rates for the said piece of land since that time to date!
