No More Cartels: Hospital Clean Up Causes Mulyungi's Meltdown

| Little MP Mulyungi who's bitter after losing power to loot Mwingi Level IV |
Hon. Gideon Mulyungi has overtime proven to be a thug. His conduct has exposed him as a man driven not by public interest, but by personal vendetta and wounded ego.
Mulyungi's relentless attacks on Governor Julius Malombe are neither principled nor issue-based; they are the bitter cries of a politician who lost access to a system he once exploited at Mwingi Level IV.
Mulyungi stands out as the only MP in Kitui County perpetually at war with the Governor. And his pet subject? Mwingi Level IV Hospital.
For years, the facility, under the grip of Mulyungi and his cartels operated as a private preserve. His cousin who headed the hospital allowed the MP to turn the facility into a personal fiefdom and a looting canteen.
When Governor Malombe disbanded the bleeding cartel and promoted Mulyungi's cousin to head health facilities in Mwingi North, the short MP lost a fuse. But sanity had been restored.
Governor Malombe did what leadership demands: he disbanded Mulyungi's cartel and put the interests of patients and taxpayers first.
That decision is the origin of Mulyungi's theatrics and outbursts.
The truth is simple. Governor Malombe is not on a self-profiteering streak. He is focused on building systems that work for Kitui County.
If Mulyungi was a clever legislator, he would know that challenges in the health sector are universal. They don't exist only in Mwingi or Kitui county alone.
Any MP who follows national discourse knows this. Actually one of their roles is to oversight the National Government, which has been slow in revamping the health sector.
Unfortunately, Mulyungi does not. He is detached and allergic to facts, preferring only insults and political drama.
In Nairobi, Mulyungi is always spotted past midnight running after university girls. Over the weekends, he retreats to his his little Kalisasi fiefdom where he spews insults to other leaders.
Governor Malombe will not be distracted by noise, insults, or wounded egos. His development agenda remains intact and people-centred.
If Mulyungi must know, the cartel that operated Mwingi Level IV under his command will never come back. It doesn't matter how viciously he mindlessly attacks the Governor and his family.
If that hurts Mulyungi's little ego, he can commit suicide.
Kitui is becoming great again.
