The Homecraft Centre is expected to play a crucial role in equipping community members—particularly women and youth—with practical skills in areas such as tailoring, cooking, home management, and small-scale enterprise development.

By bringing these training opportunities closer to the grassroots, the facility addresses the longstanding challenge of limited access to vocational training in rural areas.

For the people of Mutomo/Kibwea Ward, the centre is a space where residents can acquire marketable skills, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to the local economy.
